No Time To explain
I'm a blogger from the future, there’s no time to explain!

So, “No Time to Explain,” this was originally a free flash game by Tom Brien (I don't know him ether)
Later, after the game got high praise, he decided to release a full version of the game under the company name Tiny Build Games (I don't know them either) and after being on Kickstarter and then some time, the game was finished and it got green lighted on steam. (at least I know what a steam is).

Ok, so now that the history lesson is over on to the game.

No Time to explain is a platformer much like a Mario game with Super Meat Boy levels, which is good and all, but what really makes this game different in a game play prospective is the gun, not like a BOOM gun, more like a “FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFOOOOOOOOOOOOoooooooo.....” gun.
You see this gun fires a big blue lazer were ever you point and click. Now, there are no enemies to kill so what is the gun for? Well you see, your charterers dexterity is like at a 3 at best and there’s some big holes you have to jump over and you just can’t do it without the guns help.
The gun has a super strong kick back so you can use that to move around, but it's not as simple as pointing it down and flying in to space, it can only push you with a strong force for a short amount of time, then it gets weaker and weaker and weaker till it's out of power.
That's not the only gun in the game there a lot of different... things... that change the way you play the game so just when you think “Yah, I got this gun thing down,” you go to the next level and then you have to eat the cake so you can become fat and heavy so you can roll down the hill and brake the wall but if you touch the spikes you will become your skinny light self but when you’re fat you can’t use the gun as efficiently, and on the next level you get no gun but you can use this slime stuff to launch your self, then there’s the shot gun and the level where you’re in a straight jacket and, you get the idea.

Ok so sounds weird doesn't it? And you would be right.

The story is like (Doctor Who quote here) and the first game to make me laugh like actually laugh, not at a glitch or an inside joke among my friends (yes I have those) but at some thing that was actually put in the game, and this isn't a one time thing either, this has happened multiple times.
So what is this story you ask? Well your future self needs your help when suddenly...
A GIANT SPACE CRAB ALIEN GRABS HIM AND RUNS OFF!!!
Sorry, I had to do that but the game has you travel through time and it has all the paradoxes in it, even the one where your evil self trys to kill you.
The game doesn't give you that much story or even an explanation to what is going on. One second you just beat a hard level and then the next then you know your on a life boat and there’s a giant shark octopus that shots lasers trying to kill, for just no reason, it comes out of no where and tries to kill you. This game is like that friend, you know the one where your just sitting in class and he randomly says something like:
You know what would be cool?”
If like an army of dinosaur-tanks with lasers would fly over the school and kill all of us!”
And the teacher is like:
SIT DOWN!”

Now the game is not perfect some of the textures overlap and look weird and some of the bosses glitched out for me.
But all that stuff that can be fixed with time. But you probably won’t see the new TinyBuildGames fix these problems because now that they have the successful game “No Time To Explain,” they have run off to make their next big game, which isn't a bad thing, this is in fact, great that they’re going to make more games with the same humor and style of this game, but in doing so they might forget this game, just because they released the game doesn't mean they should end it there. You see, they released the game for pc,that means you can update it when ever you want and yes I know they released a free DLC (I'll go over DLC one day) but that does not mean as they make new games they will go back to this one to fix small problems.

But in defense, those small problems give the game a certain feel to it, not like a Sonic 06 feel but a “Hey, this game is an indie game and you love it” I don't know it's hard to explain probably because this is the first of it's kind but don't just blindly take my word for it, you can still play the free flash version:

and everywere.

Oh what’s that? I forgot to quote the game, OK.

MY RIBS ARE IN MY EYES!

There now you have to play the game.
